LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt

REGISTRATION

The Green Belt Certification Course consists of one week of interactive hands-on classroom training and at least one week of additional project specific training to follow-up and enhances skills learned in the classroom for certification. The course is designed to make the Green Belt become a team leader and implement six sigma methodology and tools to impact the results of improvement projects. Green Belts normally concentrate on short and long-term projects within their own department. Students will be required to complete 40 hours of classroom training and at least 40 hours of hands-on project training to receive Green Belt Certification. Each Green Belt student will receive a certificate of completion for each block of training completed and their Green Belt Certification Certificate once all required training has been complete.

The Green Belt Certification Training curriculum to be covered in a one-week (5 days) classroom training session and additional project specific training sessions is as follows:

Six sigma introduction
Green Belt program (requirements)
Project selection and review
Project planning and deliverables
Effective team Development
Measurement analysis process (COPQ, RTY, PPM, etc.)
Model and Methods for improvement
Quality tools (affinity diagram, brain storming, cause & effect diagram, forced field analysis, Pareto, process mapping, run chart, scatter plot, etc.)
Basic statistics tools
Introduction of planned experimentation (i.e. DOE)
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Process control methods

LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt

This three weeks interactive hands-on training designed to make the black belt to become a team leader and implement six sigma methodology and tools to impact the results of major improvement projects and, also impact overall organizational results. Also, black belt to coach and mentor green belt and help other organization strategy for improvement.

The curriculum is as follows:

Black Belt program (requirements)

Measurement analysis process (COPQ, RTY, PPM, etc.)
Model and Methods for improvement
